Weatherization Assistant Version 8.3
This version provides all the optional administration features provided in Version 8, but does not contain the technical improvements featured in more recent versions. Compared to Version 8.2, this version provides conditional support for the Vista computer operating system as well as extended user-defined insulation types, additional envelope insulation opportunities, expanded space-heating and cooling retrofit options, and other improvements.
